સામેની ફૂટપાથ ઉપર સૂતા હો
બાળક ભૂખ્યાં પેટે આંસુ પીને
ઊના શ્વાસે
સામેની ફૂટપાથે કોઈ હોટલ
આલીશાન મળે ને, ત્યારે સાલું
લાગી આવે.
તમે હોવ મુશ્તાક, તમારી
તલવારો પર, દુશ્મનને પડકારી લાવો
રણની વચ્ચે
હાથ જરા સરકાવો પાછળ,
સાવ જ ખાલી મ્યાન મળે ને, ત્યારે સાલું
લાગી આવે.

This Gazal (PAN KHARO MA PAN KHARE) written by Mukesh Joshi. It is about the season of 'Pankhar'. Generally we can see that the season of 'Vasant' use symbolically in positive way while 'Pankhar' is opposite to this season. Because as here in this gazal we can see that it is used for negative aspects. In whole gazal we can see that all things are presented negatively. And from the example of this gazal we can say that this season used as not positive things. Because Nature leave all it's beauty during this time. And perhaps so we consider it as negative. It is also satire on our society.
In this poem in some line we can see controversy between rich and poor. That one side there are big hotels and in other side there some people who has not even food to eat. So that controversy we can see it in this poem.
